OREANDA-NEWSIn early October, Tallinn forbade a plane with a Russian deputy prime minister on board to fly over Estonia. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, reports the Russian media.

“In early October, an airplane was not allowed to fly through Estonia with the Deputy Prime Minister on board”, Zakharova said, without mentioning the name of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister.

According to her, recently this is the third case when Tallinn refuses to let in Russian planes and ships. Zakharova added that now Estonia has refused to let the Russian vessel Akademik Primakov into its waters. She noted that such a decision of Tallinn “causes extreme bewilderment”, since this year Academician Primakov twice received the necessary permits from the Estonian side. “This time they refused, without explaining the reasons”, Zakharova concluded. In April, Tallinn didn't let the Russian training ship Sedov into its waters.
