OREANDA-NEWS Uzbek singer Nargiz Zakirova has decided to renounce her homeland. She announced this in the comments under her Instagram account post (the social network is banned in the Russian Federation; belongs to the Meta corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia and banned), on which the performer poses with musician Andrei Makarevich (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents).

One of the netizens asked the performer if Uzbekistan had expelled her from its borders. In response, the actress said that she had expelled her homeland from herself, and also called the state "unreliable."

Entering into a controversy with another commentator, Nargiz stated that she considers herself popular, successful and free, and also stressed that she now has a homeland and a flag, adding the flags of the United States and Israel to her message. The singer promised another user that she would release "long-awaited songs" soon. According to Nargiz, her "hits are on the way."

Earlier, Nargiz spoke with prankers Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov). In an interview with them, the singer said that she supports Ukraine and admires Vladimir Zelensky. She also admitted to sponsoring the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In May 2022, it became known that Nargiz was banned from entering Russia for 50 years because of her position on the special operation in Ukraine.
