OREANDA-NEWS. A bill on the external management of foreign companies that announced their withdrawal from the Russian market was submitted to the State Duma by parliamentarians from United Russia. This was reported on the party's website, adding that the initiative will affect those companies whose "activities have significantly affected the stability of the economy."

The United Russia initiative will affect those companies that made a decision without obvious economic reasons, based on anti-Russian sentiment in Europe and the United States. At the same time, their activities significantly influenced the stability of the economy.

So, external management is possible if the company was the only supplier of critical industries or produced essential goods or was a city-forming one.

At the same time, foreign owners will retain the opportunity to resume work in Russia or sell a stake, so they can not lose business, and workers will receive guarantees of further employment, according to the party's website.

Earlier it became known that software developer EPAM Systems Inc. announced about leaving Russia. He will stop his activities in the Russian Federation within three months. Two days earlier, Intel announced the suspension of work in Russia; in mid-March, another Taiwanese computer manufacturer, Asus, announced the closure of business. In early March, the manufacturer of Nvidia video cards refused to sell products to Russia.
