Almost Half of Ukrainians in the Poll Called Zelensky the Disappointment of the Year
At the same time, only 17.3% of Ukrainians call the current president the politician of the year.
Earlier it was reported that the majority of residents of Ukraine (67.5%) believe that Volodymyr Zelensky should not run for a second term. Moreover, only 17% of Ukrainians talk about the development of the situation in the country in the right direction under Zelensky, 68.5% of respondents hold the opposite opinion. From the point of view of 29% of the respondents, the president will not fulfill a single pre-election promise by the end of his term; only 4% believe in the fulfillment of all promises.
On the eve, on December 28, in the center of Kiev, several thousand people went to a protest, demanding to stop cooperation of the country's authorities with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The demonstrators believe that during the two and a half years of the presidency of Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine "under the leadership of the IMF finally fell into the trap of oligarchs."
