OREANDA-NEWS. The Ukraine's Armed Forces, National Guard, National Police and border guards will be able to restore justice and reinstate of full control of the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and uncontrolled part of Donbas. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated this during the ceremony of awarding officers of the National Police in Donetsk region on Monday, 30 May.

"Part of our territory is in temporary occupation. You are daily facing security challenges. But I believe that the Ukrainian army, National Guard, National Police, border guards will do their utmost to restore justice. We are not alone, we are supported by our international partners," said Volodymyr Groysman.

According to him, Ukraine is going through an extremely difficult period of statehood. "Security, peace of the citizens of this great glorious city depends on you," noted Volodymyr Groysman and thanked the whole personnel of the unit for services and dedication.

The Prime Minister noted that today police officers of the National Police took an oath in Mariupol. The Head of Government called on the police officers of Mariupol to remember about the confidence the residents of their hometown and the whole Ukraine placed on them to bear proudly the title of the Ukrainian police officer. "Changes in the law enforcement system start from you," he emphasized.

"We have the state that will be successful, modern. But we need a lot to do," said Volodymyr Groysman.

According to him, the Government will do its utmost in order to develop the country, strengthen the economy and ensure high standards of salary, including in the National Police. "We will do everything to ensure Ukraine becoming a modern independent democratic state," he said.

Volodymyr Groysman took part in laying flowers to the monument to fallen police officers, as well as in the conferment of state awards.
