OREANDA-NEWS. If the employer does not comply with the requirement for the number of vaccinated employees, he will face a suspension of work for 90 days, according to the operational headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow.
"For violation of the legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population ... an administrative penalty is provided in the form of a fine or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days. Taking into account the unfavorable epidemic situation on COVID-19, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the city of Moscow when sending materials to court will ask for a sanction only in the form of an administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days, "the message says.

The operational headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow informed citizens that even if there is a high level of antibodies, vaccination can and should be done, this is not a contraindication for vaccination.

Moreover, the headquarters did not recommend Muscovites to undergo an antibody test before vaccination.

"Undergoing testing for antibodies before vaccination against COVID-19 is not recommended and is not mandatory, as well as before other vaccinations. Before the vaccination, a medical worker undergoes a standard examination, no special examinations are required," the message says.

The headquarters also recalled that those vaccinated against coronavirus or those who have a certificate with antibodies still need to work in masks and gloves.

"The requirement to comply with the mask and glove regime remains for all workers (employees), regardless of vaccination," - said in the message.
