Named the best Russian city for gastronomic tourism

OREANDA-NEWS Perm was named the best city in Russia for gastronourism. This is reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda.
It is clarified that Perm was presented in four nominations at the First All-Russian Award "Tourist Cities" and became a laureate in two of them.
According to the source, the jury of the competition appreciated the variety of Perm cuisine, in which you can find both Komi-Permian, Tatar, and Bashkir dishes. Therefore, the city won the nomination "City of gastronomic tourism".
In addition, Perm became a laureate in the MICE Tourism nomination, which took into account achievements in the field of business tourism. As noted in the city administration, its growth in 2023 amounted to 15 percent.
In November 2023, work began in the Perm Region to improve the ecological trail near the Usvinsky pillars. Decking, information notices about the site and an entrance group were installed on the territory. In addition, interactive small architectural forms have appeared here, thanks to which you can learn about the animals living in the park.
