OREANDA-NEWS. In the Syrian governorate of Hama, terrorists fired at three regular buses. This was reported by the TV channel Syria News, citing the governor of Hama, Mohammad Krishtati. As a result of attack, nine people were killed, four were and injured, the official said.

Al-Masdar News informed that a group of armed men attacked a passenger bus en route from Salamiyah to Ythriya. According to the portal, all the victims are civilians. The wounded people were hospitalized.

So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to a source of Al-Masdar News, the Syrian security forces consider that the attack was carried out by the militants of the terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

At the end of December 2020, as a result of an attack on a passenger bus in Syria, more than 25 civilians were killed and more than ten people were injured.
