The relevant document was published on Monday on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The law amends Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Control over the activities of persons under foreign Influence", fixing in it the norms on compliance by a foreign agent with the restrictions and prohibitions provided for by the Federal Law "On Advertising".

Accordingly, amendments have been made to Articles 5 and 7 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", according to which the distribution of advertising on information resources of foreign agents, as well as advertising of information resources of foreign agents, will be prohibited.
