Russians are sharply interested in trips to China

According to their data, in April China became the third most popular destination among Russians. It is noted that Moscow residents are most often interested in traveling to China (79 percent of all flights). The average cost of economy class tickets from the capital and back was 57.7 thousand rubles.
At the same time, 11 percent of bookings are made by tourists from St. Petersburg. From there, you can fly to China and return for about 61.6 thousand rubles.
Vladivostok took the third place in terms of the number of bookings (about 4 percent). The average check for a flight from this city and back amounted to 36.5 thousand rubles.
Earlier it became known that the tourist flow from Russia to Thailand in the spring of 2024 increased by 14.7 percent compared to the same period in 2023. In March, 205.1 thousand Russians visited this popular Asian country, last year this figure was 178.9 thousand.
