OREANDA-NEWS. A group of almost 150 migrants on the night of Monday, November 22, attempted to illegally break through the Belarusian-Polish border into the territory of the European Union. The events took place at a site guarded by an outpost in Dubich-Tserkevna, while the actions of migrants were controlled by the Belarusian special services, the Polish border service said in a message on Twitter.

Poland does not allow journalists to enter the border zone, so there is no confirmation of this information from independent sources.
The European Union accuses Belarusian ruler Alexander Lukashenko of organizing the sending of migrants from crisis regions to the external border of the European Union to put pressure on the West for the sanctions imposed by the EU against Minsk. Migrants heading to the European Union arrive in Belarus on tourist visas from Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.

On November 22, the state news agency BelTA distributed footage showing Belarusian soldiers distributing hot tea, cookies, yogurt and cottage cheese to migrants at the Bruzgi logistics center. It is estimated that about 2,000 migrants are housed in this center. Their further fate is unknown. Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) are currently in Belarus. They are finding out what assistance can be provided in resolving the crisis situation on the Belarusian-Polish border.
