"As of February 12, 2019, 22 companies have debts to the cinema Fund. Each of them pledged to produce a film product within the prescribed period, but for one reason or another the release of films was delayed or did not take place at all," said the Director of the Department of cinematography of the Ministry of culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova. Now debtor companies will not be able to participate in the presentations of the cinema Fund and the Ministry of culture.
With the biggest debt - 112,7 million rubles - in the "black list" was the company "Enjoy movie" Aladdin".
