OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2012. ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih as the largest company of mining and steel complex in Ukraine conducts Everest Employment Program for Graduates 2012. This program aims at the search of ambitious and talented young specialists obtained university degree and have potential of building successful career at international company ArcelorMittal. Everest program will last 2 years. In this period of time the best candidates will be offered to become trainees at structural departments of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih with following employment.

The selection of candidates for participation in this program will be done in following production directions: steelmaking, blast furnace, rolling, coke and chemical productions, mining industry, capital repairs and construction, mechanical and repair works as well as energy, marketing, logistics, HR, H&S and environmental protection. Among criteria of competitive selection of candidates for participation in Everest 2012 are high level of professional training, English knowledge, mobility and leadership potential.

Everest program offers the trainees to participate in the most important corporate projects such as intensive theoretical training (online and classroom courses). Every trainee will have personal rotation plan at departments of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and at international level among ArcelorMittal locations, based on talents and achievements of the program participants. The program participants will obtain not only practical experience but special English training.

During probation period the program participants will get salary and privileges provided for employees by ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in compliance with Collective Agreement (opportunity to be treated and to go on holiday at health improvement facilities of the plant and Ukraine, medical insurance, paid sick leave and annual holidays).

Two program participants improved their skills in HR, Social Responsibility and coke and chemical production in ArcelorMittal in UK, France and Belgium. It means that this program gives real opportunity for talents to develop themselves and experience modern practices at international level. Even now they gained the experience which is valuable contribution in development of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih".
