OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2012. As part of the Sberbank of Russia and Troika Dialog integration process, Dean Tyler has been appointed Head of International Fixed Income Sales, Managing Director. Mr Tyler will join the company in its London office on August 15 and will report to its CEO Paolo Zaniboni, Managing Director, and Maxim Safonov, Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Division, Managing Director. In his new role, Mr Tyler will be based in the UK and head the entire international FI sales network (centred in Moscow, London, and New York) and will be integral to the building and management of international distribution of FICC products, as well as to the development of a global distribution strategy.

Mr Tyler brings a 15 year track record of work in the Fixed Income markets and an especially valuable combination of experience of both the sell-side and buy-side. Most recently he was Head of the Fixed Income Sales Team at VTB Capital across six locations: London, New York, Moscow, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. During this time Mr Tyler was at the forefront of driving VTB Capital’s multi-product FI sales to clients across CEEMEA. He was also instrumental in setting up the Hong Kong and New York offices for the bank. Prior to this he held the positions of Head of Emerging Market & High Yield Sales at ING Bank and Head of Fixed Income Trading at F&C Asset Management.
