OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has announced lifting of restrictions on cash withdrawal operations from Bank of Moscow ATMs on VTB24, TransCreditBank and Bezhitsa-Bank cards.

At the same time, the former restrictions on cash withdrawal operations from VTB24 and TransCreditBank ATMs on Bank of Moscow cards have also been abolished.

Within the scope of lifting of the restrictions on cash withdrawals from ATMs, it is planned to launch a pilot programme on 50 Bank of Moscow ATMs in Moscow offering Bank of Moscow clients additional services.

In 2011, VTB24, the Bank of Moscow and TransCreditBank signed an agreement on unifying their ATM networks. After unification, the number of ATMs within the combined network reached about 10 thousand, covering about 650 population centres.

"The unified VTB Group ATM network consists of in the order of 10 thousand terminals, many of which are equipped with an additional, extended functional and provide opportunities for the Group’s clients to perform not only traditional cash withdrawal operations, but also make various payments and connect to additional services", commented Vladimir Verkhoshinkiy, Member of the Management Board and Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow. "We are endeavouring to introduce as broad a range of remote services as possible, in line with current trends on the market for banking services for individuals".
