Chicken meat has started to become cheaper in Russia

OREANDA-NEWS The price of a broiler carcass in the wholesale segment decreased by 2.8 percent to 210 rubles per kilogram.
In August, according to Rosstat, the cost of 1 kilogram of chicken was 208 rubles, in September — 221 rubles. However, on October 16, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) reported that chicken producers began to reduce prices.
One of the major chicken producers said that back on September 29, at one of the meetings at the Ministry of Agriculture, Deputy Minister Oksana Lut discussed with companies the reduction of prices for broiler carcass — otherwise, the participants would have faced state regulation measures.
Earlier it was reported that, according to the system of services for business automation "Contour.Market".
