OREANDA-NEWS  The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft resolution to conduct an experiment in 2019 on the traceability of certain types of goods, including some types of household appliances, prams and metal furniture. The document is published on the portal of draft regulations.

"The draft resolution ... was prepared in order to work out in the experimental mode of organizational, technical and other measures for the implementation of the national system of traceability of goods in the Russian Federation", - stated in the explanatory note to the document. It is noted that the system of traceability of goods is necessary to ensure counteraction to their illegal importation and turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Interested individuals and legal entities can participate in the experiment on a voluntary basis, follows from the document. It is planned to use information systems of the Federal Tax Service and the Federal Customs Service. The FTS will also ensure the collection and processing of applications from persons wishing to participate in the experiment, will maintain a register of participants in the experiment, the document says. Before December 1, 2019 should be prepared a report with estimates of the results of the experiment.

The draft regulation contains a preliminary list of the products to be tested. These include refrigerators and freezers household, forklifts, some tractors, bulldozers, washing machines, prams, metal furniture, integrated electronic circuits and a number of other products.

Applications for participation in the experiment will be accepted on a voluntary basis from individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, as well as organizations that are not legal entities. The group of products involved in the experiment includes refrigeration and freezing equipment, industrial vehicles, washing machines, monitors and projectors, prams and metal furniture.
