OREANDA-NEWS Domestic producers of food products have taken a share of 90% or more on the shelves in Russian stores in most categories, said State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Viktor Yevtukhov.

"According to retail chains, for most food products, the share of Russian manufacturers reaches 90% or more on the shelves today," he said during a speech at the plenary session of the World Quality Day.

At the end of October, Yevtukhov said that the representation of domestic wines is also growing. So, in an interview with RIA Novosti, he said that the share of Russian sparkling wine in stores has almost reached 70%, and the quiet one has exceeded 50%.

At the same time, in September, the head of Roskachestvo Maxim Protasov at a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin noted that the level of trust of Russians in the quality of domestic food products has reached its maximum in recent years and amounted to 91%.
