OREANDA-NEWS. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued Letter of Award (LOA) for development of following national highway section in Rajasthan :

The 62 km long Manoharpur-Dausa Section would be executed on EPC mode and completed in 2 years.  This road connects two important National Highways i.e. NH-8 and NH-11.  The project starts from Dausa on NH-11 at km 0.000 and ends at km 62.318 at Manoharpur on NH-8.   It traverses through two important districts of Rajasthan, i.e. Jaipur and Dausa.  The nodal towns / villages on the stretches are Manoharpur, Sainthal and Dausa.   The stretch also passes through Jamwa Ramgarh Wild Life Sanctuary.  After 4-laning of the stretch, it will reduce the travel time from Delhi to Dausa, Bharatpur and other tourist destinations in the region.

The project will have realignment of 1.13 km length at 3 locations; slip road in 7 km length, one half clover leaf grade separator; 3 Vehicular Underpasses and 2 Pedestrian Underpass/Cattle Underpass.
