The organizers of the strike warned that their actions could lead to obstruction of air traffic in these air harbors. On Monday, January 7, similar action workers arranged at two airports in Berlin-Tegel and schönefeld, which led to violations of the flight schedule.

Earlier tariff negotiations between Verdi and BDLS ended without any results. The next round is scheduled for January 23.
