OREANDA-NEWS The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, said that Russia is a "civilized and mature state" in which they were able to avoid lynching detainees in the case of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.

"I should note that we have such a civilized and mature state that we were able to avoid lynching. This is very, very important," Moskalkova wrote on her Telegram channel.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 143 people were killed. The twenty-fourth of March was declared a day of national mourning.
