OREANDA-NEWS Starting on Monday, April 1, OpenAI will provide users with access to its chatbot with generative artificial intelligence ChatGPT without registration, according to a press release on the company's website.

"Starting today, you can use ChatGPT instantly, without having to register. We are implementing this gradually to make AI accessible to everyone who is interested in its capabilities," the release says.

At the same time, the company adds, creating an account will give users many advantages, including the ability to save and view chat history, share chats and unlock additional features such as voice communication with a bot and the ability to use special instructions.

The company also announced the introduction of additional security measures, for example, it will block a wider set of user requests.

Chatbot ChatGPT gained popularity after launching at the end of November 2022, gathering the first million users in less than a week. One of the co-founders of OpenAI in 2015 was American billionaire Elon Musk, who later severed ties with the startup.
