OREANDA-NEWS The Warsaw District Court decided to deny the extradition of a Russian citizen who came from a kingdom with three daughters.

As stated in the court decision, the extradition of a man on the basis of a European arrest warrant violates his freedoms and human rights.

A man was detained in April on the territory of Poland, when he and his daughters of 4, 6 and 12 years old were trying to go to Russia.

Sweden in June announced Dmitry Lisov on the international wanted list. However, according to the Polish judge Dariusz Lubowski, the extradition of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the basis of a European arrest warrant violates his freedoms and human rights.

The story of Lisovoy continues from 2017. Then, due to the disease, his spouses gave their daughters to be raised in a family of immigrants from Lebanon. By the decision of the Polish court, in such a situation, the father could not calmly look at what was happening, and therefore left the kingdom, taking his daughters.

As previously reported, being in custody in Poland, a father with many children filed a petition for refugee status.
