OREANDA-NEWS In Poland, tankers have begun exercises at a training ground near the border with the Kaliningrad region of Russia and are conducting live firing from K2 Black Panther tanks supplied by Seoul, the Polish Ministry of National Defense reported.

"K2 of the 20th Bartoszyce mechanized brigade came into operation at the training ground in Bemovo Peske (a settlement in the Warmian-Masurian voivodeship in northern Poland, near the border with the Kaliningrad Region)," the message says.

180 K2 tanks, 48 K9 self-propelled howitzers, 218 K239 Chunmao MLRS and 48 FA-50 light aircraft were previously ordered for the needs of the Polish army in South Korea. Some of these weapons have already been delivered to Poland.
