According to interlocutors of the edition, this category of advertisers increased purchases seven times compared to the same period last year. The material notes that in the first two months of spring about 80% of investments by Internet companies were on federal television and 15% in outdoor advertising. In terms of money invested in the domestic Internet services in television advertising rose six-fold, in outdoor advertising - 18 times. The leader in terms of purchases was VK Music.
According to experts, this way streaming services want to attract the audience of foreign competitors who left Russia. However, according to experts, the increase in advertising purchases by Russian services will not compensate for the departure of major foreign advertisers, and the trend may be short-lived.
