OREANDA-NEWS. The government television channel Syria reports that on March 25, terrorists from the group Jabhat al-Nusra blew up a bridge near the Jisr al-Shughur mountain pass, along which the strategic motorway m-4 connecting Aleppo and Latakia passes. According to journalists, the bridge collapsed after militants blew up its piers. As a result of the sabotage, the traffic on the highway was blocked.

Earlier, terrorists brought down part of the flyover near the town of Muhambal located west of the city of Ariha. Both attacks were carried out in order to impede joint Russian-Turkish patrolling in the governorate of Idlib.
