OREANDA-NEWS. British rock musician, one of the founders of Black Sabbath band, Ozzy Osbourne reported that he suffers from Parkinson’s disease.

Rumors about the musician’s illness appeared before, but he himself first confirmed them on January 21 in an interview with Good Morning America. “It’s been terribly challenging for us all. I did my last show New Year’s Eve at the Forum. Then I had a bad fall. I had to have surgery on my neck, which screwed all my nerves,” Osborne said. The rocker’s wife Sharon Osbourne added that this is not a deadly form of Parkinson’s disease, but it affects nervous system.

Ozzy Osbourne’s new album Ordinary Man will be released on February 21. It will be the first solo album after Scream which was issued in 2010.
