OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian chain of Vkusville stores has bought 95 percent of the ready-to-eat delivery service to the offices. Interfax writes about this with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The retailer does not disclose the amount of the transaction. After the purchase, another 5 percent of the lunch delivery platform will remain with the Cypriot firm Transportation Investments Management. The new owner will keep the main company of the service. 

A representative of Vkusville said that the purchase of the platform will increase the company's presence in the field of corporate catering. "We are focused on developing the company, strengthening the brand, expanding cooperation with partners and searching for new solutions in both the B2B and B2C segments," the store chain said.

In November 2023, Vkusville bought out the brand and the main assets of the Anderson network, the deal was estimated at 600-800 million rubles. The retailer bought out Anderson Franchising LLC, TD Anderson LLC, Anderson Happiness Factory LLC and Ikke LLC.
