OREANDA-NEWS. At the Neftegaz-2016 exhibition, the Company demonstrates its White Well project, unique for the domestic Fuel&Energy market, and the latest designs for artificial lift. The industry’s largest exhibition was opened on April 18th, in the Expocentre, Moscow.

The objective of the White Well project effected jointly with ChelPipe Group's pipe and oilfield service divisions, is boosting the oil production at the difficult well stock through increased mean time before failure of the subsurface equipment. This is ensured through custom selection of the material and full-package supplies of equipment.

“To date, White Well packages have undergone pilot testing at oilfields of CIS and Russia’s major oil producers. They have shown an MTBF increased 3-8 times and proven their efficiency at a complex well stock. One the project’s packages at Severnoye Field has been running for almost 1,000 days, without any shutdown for maintenance”, says Vitaly Sadykov, General Director, Rimera Group. “We are working on the project development and going to offer our clients supervising services as part of the White Well concept.”

To evaluate the advantages of the White Well, all the guests near the stand are offered an interactive presentation showing the installation and operation of the equipment on the well.

Apart from the package of White Well equipment, the stand features samples of ChelPipe Group’s innovations. Casing pipes with gas-tight threaded connections manufactured by the Pervouralsk Pipe plant; Izhneftemash’s ИНМ-ТМС-4 (INM-TMS-4) submersible telemetry unit designed to read well parameters, with high data acquisition rate and constant monitoring of the insulation. The Alnas plant offers the following specimens of its products: 0615ЭЦНАКИ3-80И (0615ETsNAKI3-80I) high-performance pump; protector designed for high temperatures up to 150°С; 8ВЭДДКТ-50-81-6000МЭ (8VEDDКKT-50-81-6000ME) thyratron motor for lateral holes, which cuts off power consumption in oil production, and others. MSA, Czech valve manufacturer (part of ChelPipe Group) exhibits some product specimens too.

Besides, participants of the Neftegaz-2016 event can learn more about the new White Metallurgy facility - ETERNO plant, a joint ChelPipe Group and RUSNANO project. VR glasses presented at the stand help the guests to teleport to the fabrication site in Chelyabinsk, visit all the shops of the new plant, learn more about the finished products’ properties and watch their operation in a real-life environment.

The Neftegaz-2016 international exhibition takes place in Moscow every year. Over 20,000 people are going to attend it in 2016, including industry professionals from all the sectors.
