OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2007. URSA Bank is pleased to announce its results for seven months of 2007. As at August 1, 2007, the total assets of URSA Bank amounted to RUR 222.8 billion, which is  61% higher as compared to the December 31, 2006 results. Net assets (per Interfax methodology) grew by 1.4 times and reached RUR 148.9 billion.

As at August 1, 2007 the equity of the Bank increased by RUR 11.1 billion (89 % up from December 31, 2006) and reached RUR 23.5 billion.

The total loan portfolio grew by 60% to reach RUR 108.2 billion. The retail portfolio increased by 70% amounting to RUR 51.75 billion, the corporate portfolio increased by 40% and amounted to RUR 56.45 billion.

The funding base for the seven months of 2007 grew by 35%. The borrowings from international financial institutions grew by 54%. The retail deposit portfolio increased by 20% and amounted to RUR 30.9 billion.

For the seven months of 2007, the retained earnings of the Bank reached RUR 1.74 billion.
