OREANDA-NEWS. February 4, 2008.  Ludmila Markina and Andrey Germanov have been appointed by the Board of Directors as Members of the Executive Board of the Bank of Moscow. Ludmila Markina has been working in the financial sector since 1976 (in 1979 she graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute majoring in 'Financial Accounting and Crediting'), she has worked at the State Bank of the USSR, then at the ZhilSotsBank and MosBusinessBank. In 1990 she took the position of the Head of the Crediting Activities Monitoring Department of the branches of the Bank of Moscow Crediting and Investments Department. In 2000 she became the Head of the re-established Credit Risks Department, and in 2003 that of the Risks Department. In October 2007 she was appointed the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank of Moscow and will supervise the management of risks at the Bank in her capacity of a Member of its Executive Board.

Andrey Germanov is a graduate of the State Academy of Oil and Gas and has about 10 years of experience of working in the banking sector. Over this period of time he has gone the whole way from occupying the position of the leading specialist to becoming the Vice-President of the Bank. Andrey Germanov came to work at the Bank of Moscow in July 2001 in the capacity of the Deputy Head of the Treasury Securities Management Department, in 2003 he became the Head of this Department. In October 2007 Andrey Germanov became the Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow. The scope of his responsibilities as of a Member of the Executive Board will include the investment and corporate business.
