OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 July 2008 was announced, that Ferro-Stroy is to build a mixed-use complex with the area of 55,854 sq m in the Moscow region at the intersection of Rublyovo-Uspensky Highway and the MKAD.

“A mixed-use complex of class A is to be located at the intersection of the 1st km of Rublyovo-Uspenskoe Highway and the MKAD,” a press release by Jones Lang LaSalle, the exclusive consultant for leasing the areas in the new centre, said.

A rentable area of the new mixed-use complex will be around 29,810 sq m.

According to the document, an official opening of the office centre is scheduled for the second quarter of 2010.

“The complex is to include 2 detached buildings with the heights of 8-10 storeys linked by the common area on the ground floor where the corporate catering enterprises, retail outlets, a restaurant and a bank are located,” the press release noted.

Besides, the complex is to contain a 5-level structure car park with 298 parking spaces, an underground car park with 215 parking spaces and an open-air car park with 32 parking spaces.
