OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2008. The Bank of Moscow has received a notice about state registration of JSC "Bank of Moscow" - Belgrade, reported the press-centre of The Bank of Moscow.

Authorized capital of JSC "Bank of Moscow" - Belgrade was 1 235 134 500 RSD. The share of the Bank of Moscow in the Serbian bank capital is 100%.

Vladimir Zechar was appointed to a position of the chairman of board. The Supervisory Board of JSC "Bank of Moscow" - Belgrade includes: Aleksey Sytnikov, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow, Pavel Gorbatsevich, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow, etc. Andrei Borodin, the President of the Bank of Moscow, became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Let us recall that the decision on establishing a bank subsidiaries in Serbia was taken by the Bank of Moscow in 2007. As was reported earlier, 15 million euro will be invested to the Serbian bank; the bank will be focused on operating with corporate clients including Russian raw materials companies.

Serbia will be the fifth country having bank subsidiaries of the Bank of Moscow. At the time, the bank subsidiaries of the Bank of Moscow operate in Byelorussia, Latvia, Estonia and the Ukraine.
