OREANDA-NEWS  On 10 September was announced, that the investment and construction company Stolitsa will raise the business class residential neighborhood Sky Fort in Nagatino-Sadovniki township of Moscow.

According to a press release of MIEL-Novostroyki that is to deal with the housing in the neighborhood, the total development area will be over 390,000 sq m, including more than 208,000 sq m of nonresidential premises. The complex is under construction on the 5,28ha plot.

Sky Fort is to be located on 1st Nagatinsky Proezd, estate 11, 3km from the third ring road of Moscow.

“The neighborhood will comprise 3 high-rise buildings with various numbers of storeys located one by one. The social and retail objects will be located on the nonresidential lower floors,” the document said.

The houses with 19, 24 and 33 storeys will have 2,118 flats in the aggregate and several two-level underground car parks for 2,572 vehicles.

Sky Fort residential neighborhood is being developed by STRABAG, the company involved as well in the construction of Northern Tower mixed-use complex within MIBC Moskva-City and the reconstruction of Moskva Hotel.
