OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2009. The State Registration Chamber registered 67 economic agents from the Transnistrian region in January-July 2009, of which 47 enterprises were provisionally registered and 20 ones - permanently.

By 1 August 2009, 575 economic agents were registered in all, of which 385 ones - provisionally and 190 enterprises - permanently, according to data by the Reintegration Ministry.

On the concerned period, the Moldovan Chamber of Trade and Industry (CCI) issued 398 certificates of origin of non-preferential goods for export to 31 enterprises from the eastern districts.

During the first seven months of 2009, the Customs Service issued 1,551 preferential certificates of goods' origin to 45 Transnistrian economic agents to carry out exports to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), European Union and Southeast European member countries.

On the concerned period, the Customs Service and CCI issued 1,949 certificates of goods' origin to 63 Transnistrian enterprises, of those 81 ones which carried out export operations, as well as to three private people, to export products from the region. In January-July 2008, 1,532 certificates were issued.

During the first seven months of 2009, the Customs Service issued to 29 economic agents from Moldova's eastern region and the Bender city 1,222 certificates of goods' origin to carry out export to the EU countries while using the Autonomous Trade Preferences. On the same period last year, the above economic agents were issued 827 certificates. The Moldovan Customs Service issued to 27 Transnistrian enterprises 229 preferential certificates of goods' origin to export products to the CIS states. In the first seven months of 2008, 187 such certificates were issued.

In January-July 2009, goods amounting to 239.6 million dollars, checked and processed by Moldova's Customs Service, were exported and imported by the Transnistrian enterprises. The export is worth 193.5 million dollars and the import - 46.1 million dollars, according to data by the Reintegration Ministry.
