OREANDA-NEWS On 08 October was announced, that the Higher School of Economics and Academy of Finland jointly organise an international workshop to discuss barriers hampering researcher mobility between European Union and Eastern European & Central Asian Countries and develop recommendations on their overcoming. The workshop will take place on October 12th at the HSE.

The event is organized in the framework of the FP7 IncoNet EECA project "S&T International Cooperation Network for Eastern European and Central Asian Countries" (http://www.inco-eeca.net).The main goal of the IncoNet EECA project is to strengthen the S&T cooperation between the EU member states and associated countries and the Easter European and Central Asian countries.

The workshop is targeted for representatives of ministries, academies, foundations, universities, international and research organizations and programmes dealing with researcher mobility, NCPs, the European Commission as well as governmental bodies dealing with visa and social security issues in the EU MS, AC and EECA countries.
