OREANDA-NEWS. February 27, 2010. Gorky Automobile Plant of GAZ Group started serial production of GAZelle-BUSINESS. Over 20 design changes and over 130 production process changes ensure better reliability and safety of the vehicle, reported the press-centre of GAZ Group.

GAZelle-BUSINESS has components of leading foreign manufacturers: power steering by ZF, shock absorbers of wheel suspension and clutch by ZF Sachs, brake master cylinder with a vacuum booster by Bosch, radiator by T-Rad, engine mount by Anvis, driveline by Tirsan Kardan, gearbox bearings by SKF, gearbox synchronizers by Hoerbiger, rear axle cups by Rubena and other.

Higher quality of GAZelle-BUSINESS is also achieved though the new quality system at LCV production that provides for the check of the parameters of each vehicle through the whole production cycle (welding, painting, assembly).

GAZelle-BUSINESS will also please the customers with its new level of comfort: new instrument panel, driver’s seat with an enhanced ergonomics, more efficient heating system, reduced level of noise and vibration, convenient understeering switches, reduced pressure effort on all driver controls.

Improved quality and reliability of GAZelle-BUSINESS have made it possible to reduce the vehicle cost of ownership by 10%. The service interval has increased from 10 to 15 thousand kilometers. The warranty is extended to two years or 80 thousand kilometers (for the main components, the warranty is extended to two years or 100 thousand kilometers).
