In the framework of developing the personnel management system TATNEFT Company has started implementation of works package aimed at optimizing the processes of managing talents, recruitment, evaluation and training of the personnel, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Currently, TATNEFT operates not only in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation but also abroad. Human resources and integrated working with staff help to compete with Russian as well as with global oil companies. Systematic approach to recruitment, training and additional education of the staff used in TATNEFT, has proved its effectiveness. The Company has developed and introduced corporate management standards forming the basis of a unified automated personnel management system based on SAP R/3 products. A pilot implementation of the automated personnel management system has unified 23 structural divisions of OJSC TATNEFT.

Further optimization of the process of talents’ management, selection, evaluation and training of the Company’s personnel will be based on SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management). A specific feature of the project is the fact that the complex solutions based on SAP ERP HCM is being implemented in Russia for the first time.

Arrangement of the personnel management service on the basis of the world's advanced development allows the Company to increase manageability and is part of a comprehensive program to optimize the Group activity, which is being successfully implemented in OJSC TATNEFT in accordance with the adopted strategy. For the purpose of implementing this project the Company has attracted the Energy Consulting, which is one of the leading Russian consulting companies.
