OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2011. Oksana Smirnova-Krell, Vice-President, head of the IT block of the Bank of Moscow, spoke at the 10th IT in the Financial Sector Forum dedicated to the topical post-crisis recovery solutions.

In her report entitled "IT customer support: where does it begin and who is responsible" the expert stressed the importance of simulating and analysing business processes, as well as delineated the range of problems that can be resolved through doing so. 

The interest of the audience was particularly called to the case examining the process approach as a whole, from the concept development stage to its implementation and active use.
