OREANDA-NEWS. BMMobile is a service of the Bank of Moscow for users of Android based mobile applications that allows the clients of all the Russian banks to make p2p-transfers with cards. With cards issued by the Bank of Moscow card to card transfers are free of charge with the fee for all other transfers being 1.5% but not less than 50 RUR.

The mobile application of the Bank of Moscow permits users to pay remotely for services and make money transfers. The service is accessible at any place and at any time. Card holders having cards issued by any Russian bank may use the mobile application via any device having access to the Internet.

A user of the BMMobile application can pay for mobile communication (with no fees charged), check amounts credited and pay Moscow communal service bills. The application also provides information on nearest offices and ATM terminals of the Bank of Moscow. Using the BMMobile one can order a back call from the Bank if expert advice is needed.

A user does not have to visit the Bank’s office or contact centre to get connected to the service. A free download from Google Play and a completed registration procedure will suffice.

The registered users of the BMMobile service will have additional opportunities: creating unified templates and viewing payment histories. An unlimited number of plastic cards may be tied up to the account. In near future Windows 8 and iOS based BMMobile applications are planned to be launched.

"Launching the BMMobile application is a step towards not only the clients of the Bank of Moscow but towards all plastic card holders. Our application is versatile and I hope will be welcomed by all the users," says Sergei Mednov, Member of the Boards of the Bank of Moscow. "We are about to launch the first version of the BMMobile application. It will be upgraded before the end of this year to have a most advanced functionality".
