OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its national scale ''AA-' credit rating on CentroCredit Commercial Bank JSC (CCB).The outlook on the rating is Stable. CCB was assigned NRA's first-time 'A+' national scale credit rating on Apr. 13, 2009. The rating was raised to 'AA-' on May 18, 2010. The latest rating action on the bank (credit rating affirmation at 'AA-' with a stable outlook) was on Mar. 25, 2015.

Registered by the Central Bank of Russia on Jun. 23, 1989, CCB operates based on full banking license No. 121. It has been a member bank of the obligatory Deposit Insurance System since Nov. 22, 2004 (Reg. No. 161).

Two members of the CCB Board, Andrey Tarasov and Ilya Korbashev are the bank's ultimate beneficiaries. CCB operates as a universal bank offering a wide range of products, although strategically it focuses on large corporate entities. Historically, its retail banking business has been secondary to its corporate business. The bank is not exposed to risks and costs associated with the retail banking business.
