OREANDA-NEWS. Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) signed an agreement on participating as a lead arranger of a syndicated loan for Belagroprombank. The loan will comprise three parts: EUR 75 million, USD 4 million, and RUB 7 billion, including EDB's share of EUR 20 million.

The loan will be provided for twelve months to finance exim transactions between Belarus and Russia involving the supply of goods and equipment from Russia.

The other arrangers are Alfa Bank (mandated lead arranger), Transcapitalbank (mandated lead arranger), Promsvyazbank (mandated lead arranger), Bank Finservice, Russian Agricultural Bank, the Interregional Bank for Settlements of the Telecommunications and Postal Services (Sviaz Bank), the Oil-Industrial Investment Commercial Bank (Nefteprombank), and AK BARS Bank.
