From 2015 to early June of this year, Donmez headed the Russian division of DP Eurasia N.V., the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. “Mr. Donmez informed the board that he will focus on his personal investments”, said a statement to DP Eurasia N.V. on the website of the London Stock Exchange about the departure of a top manager from the company.

Donmez began his career in 1999 at Procter & Gamble, where he was first responsible for promoting various product categories, and since 2011 he has been the marketing director for beauty in the Russian division of this company. In 2013, he became Samsung Marketing Director in Russia. Donmez is also an investor for his sister’s burger network.

The main service in the foodtech segment at Mail.ru Group is the Delivery Club, which was bought out from the German company FoodPanda for $ 100 million in November 2016. In the second quarter of 2019, the Delivery Club's revenues reached 865 million rubles, which is two times higher than the same period last year. Now the service works in 120 cities and cooperates with 10.5 thousand restaurants. Mail.ru Group predicts that by the end of 2019, the Delivery Club will increase revenue to 3.8 billion rubles.
