The EU has banned the entry of Russian ships into its ports and agreed on an embargo on the supply of Russian coal, which will come into force at the end of summer, transportation on its territory to road transport operators from Russia and Belarus, excluding medical and food products, the import of quantum computers, semiconductors, aviation fuel and imports of wood, cement, fertilizers, seafood, alcohol. Transactions have also been completely banned and assets of «four key Russian banks» have been frozen.

In addition, the EU has expanded the ban on the sale of banknotes and securities to legal entities of Russia and Belarus. The EU Council has expanded the blacklist for Russia and Belarus to include «officials, businessmen and their family members», the names will be published later.
