OREANDA-NEWS. Tehran is ready to take decisive measures, including withdrawing from the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan if Europe sends the case on Iran’s violation of the nuclear deal to the UN Security Council. This was stated on Wednesday by the head of the Iranian president’s administration, Mahmoud Vaezi.

"If this direction of Iranian affairs in the UN Security Council happens, then we will take decisive measures, one of which could be a way out of the JCPOA", ISNA quoted him as saying.

Waezi also noted that "there are differences between Tehran’s relations with Washington and Riyadh". “Saudi Arabia is our neighbor and an Islamic country, and Iran’s policy has always been to have good relations with the countries of the region”, he said. According to the official, "resolving the contradictions between the countries will benefit the entire Middle East".
