OREANDA-NEWS Russian users will not be deprived of access to the video hosting site YouTube, the head of the Ministry of Digital Arts Maksut Shadaev said. He said this during a speech at the Russian Knowledge Society marathon in Moscow. Broadcast is held in the social network "VKontakte".
