OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2009. Foreign minister Riad-al-Malki conveyed greetings and the letter of the Leader of the Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas to the President of Azerbaijan. He mentioned the decision of the leadership of the Palestinian National Authority to open its embassy in Azerbaijan.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the greetings from Mahmoud Abbas, requesting to convey his greetings to the leadership of the Palestinian National Authority as well.
