OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2010. V. Lytvyn was asked to visit the institution by children taking part in project "Jacket for the Future President" organized by designer Svitlana Zozulia. Children decorated the jacket with the symbols they believe are supposed to characterize the future Head of the State.
 
"Children are more intelligent then the Ukrainian politicians, - the Head of the Parliament proclaimed. They consider a human is as a center of Universe, they ponder over the liberty, speak on the perfectness of each personality that is supposed to be supported by the state in order to find its own place in our country."
 
V. Lytvyn expressed thankfulness for this idea implementation as, according to his words it showed the achievements, desires, dreams and talents of each child. It proved that children are willing to live in the country with the President possessing all the positive qualities.
 
"The visions and dreams of children showed that they are ahead of their time and Ukrainian power", - V. Lytvyn added.
 
V. Lytvyn presented the orphanage with the computer and invited children to the Parliament for the excursion.
 
Giving answers to the journalistsґ questions, V. Lytvyn declared that it is necessary "to express sincere gratitude to people who gave their lives to education and upbringing of orphan children as they as well as others possess the right on happiness and childhood."
 
According to V. Lytvyn, Ukraine faced abnormal situation when the quantity of orphan children is bigger then after the Second World War more then 100 000. "Instead, we observe the politicians contest on the eve of election who will promise the bigger sum for a child birth", - he briefed.
 
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada is convinced that the state is supposed to assist young families. First of all it concerns the opportunity to buy own housing through the efficient credit programs. After the birth of the first child, the state is supposed to pay 25% of the loan sum off, after the second child half of the sum and after the third child the total sum of the credit.
 
Volodymyr Lytvyn emphasized that it is necessary to deny the practice of the low-cost labour as people must have stable well-paid work, "in such a case there would be no necessity to fight such social phenomena as alcoholism, drugs addition etc, then we will have happy children. "
