OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2010. The two-day Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit has ended in Yokohama.

The APEC heads of state and government signed a declaration outlining objectives for continued economic integration in the region.

The leaders also issued a political statement assessing the progress toward the Bogor Goals and approved a new APEC growth strategy and a document on reviewing possible means of advancing free trade area for Asia-Pacific.

On the summit’s first day, the leaders held a working session and met with the members of the APEC Business Advisory Council.
