OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. On July 18, 2012 Vladimir Putin will meet with Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who will be in Russia on a working visit at the invitation of the Russian President.

The talks will focus on the further diverse development of bilateral relations, including in the context of the preparations for the third session of the Russian-Turkish High-Level Cooperation Council, which is scheduled to be held in the autumn 2012 in Turkey. One of the key themes of the talks will be cooperation in the energy sector.

Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan will also exchange views on important international and regional issues, including Syria.
